• First, you should assemble the newly purchased wood pellet mill according to the chart. Then, you can connect the line according to the instructions.After that, confirm the lubricating condition of key parts such as reducer.You can then open the machine for debugging.Every time the operator starts the machine, the oil is added repeatedly, so that the mould can be preheated to 50 degree or more, and then the raw material will be granulated. The particles will crack at the beginning. After about 5 minutes, the machine temperature will rise to 80-100 degrees, which will be able to granulate normally.
• Before the first use of the machine, the gear box and other parts of the lubrication must be injected into the lubricating oil as required. Check the operating parts of the machine before using the machine. Check the die rollers before starting the machine to ensure that no foreign bodies and related fastening parts are loose. The service life of the die and roller is 300-500 hours under normal running conditions. The other side can be replaced after die wear.
• You need to prepare the grinding material before you operate a wooden ball mill: 10% of the waste oil, 30% silica sand and 60% sawdust.The material should be stirred evenly.After you open the wooden ball mill for 30 minutes, you can feed it.
• No lubricating oil is added to all models. Please add the lubricating oil before use according to the instructions and signs of the machine. Please add oil grind immediately after the machine is started. The hand is strictly forbidden to touch the rotating parts during the operation of the machine. After the granulation of the material is completed, please add the oil for 3 times and then stop. It can be repaired after power cut or power cut off.

After using for a while, some maintenance is necessary.

Add oil to the transmission parts at regular time. All the transmission part should be lubricated in a fixed time to ensure a long service time.

Change the lubricating oil of gear case at regular time,new pellet mills change oil after half a month operation, change oil every 1000 hours of continual operation later on,lengthen the useful life of gear case.

We also need to check the granulating machine parts every month, including granulating machine roller, granular mould, gear and bearing.If you find any problems with these parts, please replace them immediately.You should also check that some of the connected parts are loose.

After using the pellet mill, the roller should be removed and carefully cleaned and replaced.If the pellet machine is not used regularly, it should ensure that it is well preserved: cleaning the pellet mill, daubing the surface with anti-rust oil, and covering it with tarpaulin.In addition, the pellet mill needs to be placed in a clean and dry environment.
