How to do a free test with your materials? 

For ensuring the quality of your pellets production, we provide you with free test before you purchase a GEMCO pellet machine or pellet mahcine production line. You may send us a sample of your material to be tested in our biofuel laboratory. The test is totally FREE of charge!

By testing, we evaluate the ability of our pellet machine to process your raw material, determine the approximate production rate per unit time, and then recommend the best-suited die and machine settings for you. What's more, we will send you back with photos or video of the pelletizing result. To run a effective test, you' better to send us about 50kg of your materials with a humidity of not more than 20%, and the size should be suitable for our machine as far as possible. If you want to a on-the-spot investigation, you may also do a field test with your own material.
